The Holden Commodore (VF) is an executive car produced by Holden between June 2013 and October 2017. It represents the second and final significantly restyled iteration of the fourth generation of the Holden Commodore manufactured in Australia. The range included sedan and station wagon variants sold under the luxury Holden Calais (VF) nameplate, as well as a commercial utility variant sold as the Holden Ute (VF).
Between 2013 and 2017, an improved version of the Commodore SS V sedan was exported to the United States as the Chevrolet SS, continuing a practice established with the Pontiac G8. Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) used the VF series as the basis for its performance Gen-F sedan, wagon, and utility models, which were also exported to the United Kingdom rebadged as the Vauxhall VXR8 range. General Motors announced in December 2013 that all Australian production would be discontinued in 2017.
