Hydraulic Press 1000t + XL Giant Version

About this mod

Features

• Built from scratch with four chrome guide columns, a top cross‑beam holding four main cylinders and hoses, a moving 80‑ton stamp with guide bushings, steel base with entry aprons on both sides, safety‑rail ladders, upper railings, a hydraulic pump station and a control console.
• Soft‑body physics make the stamp a node‑and‑beam rig that slides along the columns under four hydraulic cylinders while the frame stays fixed.
• Force caps at 1000 t (adjustable in the tuning menu); the stamp stops realistically when it hits a rigid truck frame.
• Interactive control panel works like doors or hoods on regular vehicles, and you can drive the press with the keyboard when it’s the active vehicle.
• Real‑time readout shows stroke travel, current force and peak force.
• Two sizes: standard 1000 t and an XL version 2.5× larger for the biggest rigs.

Configurations

• Standard 1000 t: 6.5 × 13 × 9 m, 2.9 m clearance under the plate, plate 5.5 × 8.9 m (80 t), 2.75 m stroke, 1000 t force (adjustable 100‑5000 t). Perfect for cars, pickups and vans.
• XL Giant: 16 × 32 × 22 m, 7.3 m clearance, plate 13.8 × 22 m (400 t), 6.9 m stroke, 4000 t force (adjustable 100‑10 000 t). Ideal for tractor‑trailers, buses and dump trucks, allowing multiple vehicles at once.
