This mod prevents Astarion's Act 3 romance graveyard scene from triggering while at camp in Rivington. In the base game, triggering this scene in Rivington breaks the cinematic because the game fails to teleport the player to the Lower City graveyard, leaving the player stuck in camp.
The mod implements a lightweight Osiris script that clears Rivington as a potential location for the graveyard scene. If the scene is queued, resting in Rivington will not trigger it, preserving the scene in the queue until the player reaches the Lower City.
The mod uses an original script and does not directly edit dialogue or existing game files, resulting in minimal compatibility issues. It is compatible with dialogue-altering mods like The Leg Thing. While untested with the Ascended version of the scene or cutscene-triggering tools, it is expected to function as intended by simply clearing the camp location database.
Install via BG3 Mod Manager. It can be safely installed mid-playthrough at any point before the scene occurs, including if the night is already queued, provided the player has not yet triggered the long rest.
The mod can be uninstalled at any time by removing it from the active load order or the Mods folder. Note that the script's changes are permanent; once a game is saved with the mod installed, the scene will no longer trigger in Rivington even after the mod is removed.
