About this mod

In the vanilla game, during the fight with Auntie Ethel in Act 1, she surrenders if her HP drops below 20% and she receives a turn. If she is killed before getting a turn, the interaction is missed. This mod ensures she always surrenders before dying, allowing the player to choose whether to take her deal or kill her.

Features

The vanilla surrender condition remains intact.
If health drops to 1, Ethel immediately surrenders, even if it is not her turn.
Health is locked at 1 until after the conversation to prevent accidental death.
Interaction is restricted to the Overgrown Tunnel; Ethel dies if health drops to 0 in the Teahouse.

Alternate Version - Ethel always surrenders to the party leader:

Ethel targets the party leader (avatar) for the surrender instead of the closest member.
If the party leader is dead or silenced, she defaults to the closest member.
