About this mod

Features

  • Fully implemented from 2015 Underdark Characters UA: Close Quarters Shooter (modified for BG3) and Tunnel Fighter.
  • Fully implemented from 2015 Waterborne Adventures UA: Mariner.
  • Fully implemented from 2019 Class Feature Variants UA (some later appeared in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything with modifications): Interception and Thrown Weapon Fighting.
  • Partially implemented: Superior Technique (always provides Riposte), Druidic Warrior (always provides Guidance and Shillelagh), Blessed Warrior (always provides Guidance and Sacred Flame). These give the strongest features possible within BG3’s balance without flooding selections.
  • Intentionally not implemented: Blind Fighting, Unarmed Fighting.

Notes

  • Close Quarters Shooter, Mariner, and Thrown Weapon Fighting are added to the swords bard list as flavorful choices that should not significantly affect the existing meta (two‑weapon fighting and dueling remain superior).

Compatibility

  • No known conflicts, though using multiple mods that add the same fighting styles may result in duplicate versions.
  • Load order: nothing special.
