Gunner Feat - Immersive Firearms Series

About this mod

A new Gunner feat built specifically for the Immersive Firearms and Marksman class mods: proficiency with every firearm, a Powerful Shots effect that penalizes target rolls on a failed save, +1 Dexterity up to the usual cap of 20, and a Maneuver save DC that scales with your proficiency and modifiers. Only useful if you're already running the firearm/class mods it's meant for.
