More Options for Barcus Windmill Dialogue screenshot

About this mod

Four new dialogue paths open up after rescuing Barcus Wroot from the windmill, including race-specific lines for deep gnome characters and optional approval changes for Jason Altea. Safe to add or remove anytime, though it will conflict with other mods editing the same dialogue file.
