Fluff Vendor Fixes

About this mod

Stop those immersion-breaking bugs where small, unmarked vendors in Night City vanish after your first interaction. This mod targets those side vendors that lose their inventory or money the moment you leave the area, ensuring they stay stocked and functional.

• Resolves the issue where vendors reset to zero money and stock after you move to a different district.
• Corrects the Missing Vendor Name bug that left several side vendors completely empty and unclickable.
• Uses redscript to ensure compatibility with other mods touching the same game functions.
• Requires both redscript and TweakXL to properly initialize the vendor panel logic.
