Vehicle Exit Fix for 2.3

About this mod

This mod addresses the slight kickback or roll that occurs after exiting vehicles, an issue introduced in game version 2.3 and persisting in 2.31. This problem is particularly noticeable with certain modded cars, which can sometimes fly off after player exit. For vanilla vehicles, it manifests as a minor kickback immediately after leaving the car. Additionally, it resolves the bug where bikes fail to return to their proper lean position after exiting, also present since game version 2.3.
