About this mod

Features

  • Handles removal of lighting nodes automatically, aiming to prevent mod breakage after future game updates.
  • Works with ReLUX 2.0, ReLUX+, and other mods that use lighting nodes.
  • Since version 0.5.0, mod authors can add additional locations for node removal.

Requirements

  • ReLUX or ReLUX+ must be installed; the script does nothing without these mods.
  • Some xl files may still be required for node removal.

Installation

  • Place the script in the directory `r6\scripts\ReImagined\mods\<mod_name>\`.
  • Ensure all items and sectors to be affected are listed by their hash values.

Configuration

  • Use the provided example code to specify sectors and item hashes.

Example removes lights from both sectors and Japanese lanterns from `interior_-49_37_0_0`.

  • The script removes all items with the identified hash from the specified sector.

Compatibility

  • Designed for BeamNG.drive with ReLUX 2.0 and later.

Known issues

  • None listed.

Future plans

  • Support for removing items while keeping lighting.
  • Ability to remove all instances of a specific item across all sectors.
