Hide Body Parts - Body Toggles - ArchiveXL

About this mod

Overview

• The Body Toggles are a set of modular toggles used to hide body parts that clip through clothing, primarily due to Garment Support.
• 36 toggles hide individual parts or groups of body parts.
• Obtainable from Zenitex Atelier and Zenitex Store. Requirements are not included.

Context

• Garment Support (GS) compresses clothing to prevent clipping, but it also compresses the underlying body mesh.
• Modded bodies (VTK, EVB, EBB, EBBP, RB, EBBRB, EBBPRB, Angel) lack GS, causing clipping when GS is applied.
• The toggles hide body parts that would otherwise clip under fully covered clothing.

How this mod can help

• Most vanilla and DLC clothing, plus some modded clothing, implement GS.
• If two clothing items fully cover a clipping body part, equip the corresponding toggle to hide it.
• Do not use toggles on partially covered parts, as this creates visible holes.
• Certain first‑person animations or poses may cause skin clipping; toggles can also address these cases.

How the toggles work

• All toggles are assigned the Outfits.Hands slot by default; hold F over a toggle to move it to another slot for multiple toggles.
• Each toggle hides a single submesh or a group of submeshes; icons and tooltips indicate which parts are hidden.
• Hair, head, cyberarms, nails, genitals, and tattoos are all‑or‑nothing; they cannot be partially hidden.
• Toggles hide specific submeshes only. Visual guides on the modding wiki illustrate body mesh separation.
