Running Man - New Sprinting Perks screenshot

About this mod

Features

  • Running Man - Level 1: Allows you to sprint in any direction.
  • Running Man - Level 2: Unlocks Double Sprint* – the ability to sprint faster by pressing LShift/L3 while already sprinting. Drains stamina. Hold to sprint users can double tap the hold‑sprint button to start double sprinting.
  • Hit and Run: Allows you to make melee Fast Attacks while sprinting.
  • Second Wind: Double Sprint drains 50 % less stamina.

*Double sprinting was already mostly implemented by CDPR but not used in the game.

Notes

  • If playing with a controller I recommend using Easier Controller Sprint which removes cases where you press the sprint button and then you don't sprint.
  • Crouch‑sprinting already allows moving in any direction in the base game. I think that's just an oversight by the devs since crouch‑sprinting was added to the game later, but I left it as is instead of removing the ability and then re‑enabling it when the perk is active. Similarly, Double Sprint doesn't apply to crouch‑sprinting. It's already at ridiculous speed and drains stamina.
