Makeup Enhancer - Realistic Eyeshadows and Eyeliners - Noise Decal Fix - Both V - NPCs

About this mod

Replaces the base‑game eye‑makeup noise decal texture (originally 64×64) with a cleaner, smoother 256×256 version, and also provides a 64×64 fallback for users concerned about performance. The new texture removes repetitive patterns, making eye shadows and eyeliners look fuller and more realistic at both close and far distances for V (male and female) and all NPCs.

Features

• Clean 256×256 noise decal removes visual artifacts.
• Optional 64×64 version for minimal performance impact (edge fading slightly less smooth on metallic colors and eyeshadows).
• Improves every base‑game eye‑makeup CC option and affects all modded eye‑makeup replacers, including CCXL.
• Compatible with all existing makeup mods; replaces an extra texture layer that, to the author’s knowledge, has not been altered by other mods.
• Tested on main NPCs; no reported issues after months of use and thousands of downloads.
