VT2 Scoreboard

About this mod

A Vermintide 2-style scoreboard for Darktide displaying player stats in vertical columns with stat labels in the center.

Features

• View stats in-mission by holding TAB (tactical overlay)
• Automatically appears at end-of-mission
• Toggle with F7 keybind (configurable)
• Best/worst score highlighting with multiple theme options
• Supports ties; multiple players can be highlighted
• Adapts layout to 1-4 players, always centered
• Lightweight; negligible per-frame overhead and no file I/O

Themes

• Circles (default): Green oval outlines around best scores (VT2 style)
• Numbers: Green colored text for best scores
• Bars: Green background highlight behind best scores

Tracked Stats

• Total Kills: All enemy kills attributed to the player via the final killing blow
• Specials Killed: Kills on specialist/disabler enemies
• Elites Killed: Kills on elite enemies
• Ranged Kills: Kills where the engine reports attack_type as ranged
• Melee Kills: Kills where the engine reports attack_type as melee

• Headshots: Weakspot hits flagged by the engine
• Saves: Pulling a player from a ledge, freeing from a trapper net, or reviving a downed player
• Most Revives: Freeing a player from captivity

Settings

• Show at end of mission, show during missions/TAB, theme selection, panel opacity, scaling, vertical offset, ranged/melee stat display choices, and keybind.

Important Notes

• Damage does not include overkill; only actual health depletion is credited.
• Ranged vs Melee classification is determined by the engine's attack_type field.
• The mod does not maintain a manual lookup table of every damage profile in the game.

Performance

• Hooks game events for attack reports, health updates, and interactions with a lightweight per-frame check.
