About this mod

Highlights the expeditions' 2x2 matching symbols decode minigame, found when attempting to open chests and decode objectives in Expeditions' open-world maps. This is a standalone release from AuspexHelper. If the full AuspexHelper mod is already installed, this mod is not required as it is already included. This version does not include the autosolver or arrow assist features found in the full AuspexHelper; it only provides highlighting for the symbols.

Requirements

  • Darktide Mod Framework (DMF)

Installation

  • Extract into: ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\mods
  • Folder path should be: ...\mods\MatchingMinigameSolver
  • Add MatchingMinigameSolver in your mod load order, ideally below other UI mods.
  • Launch the game, open the mod menu, and enable Auspex Helper in mod options if it is not already enabled.

Compatibility

  • Behavior may conflict if another mod hooks the same scanner/minigame UI or input flow.

Known issues

  • When reporting bugs, attach the latest log from: ..\AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  • Include the Script Error section if one exists, reproduction steps for complex bugs, and screenshots or videos when possible.
