Veneroni Irrigation Turbine

About this mod

How it works

• Place the turbine in a canal, pond or river directly beside a owned field (the Natural Water Rivers And Ponds Pack eases digging).
• Unfold, drop the front lock, ensure the impeller sits just below the water line, then start it.
• The turbine slowly sprays water over the target field until the job is complete, allowing you to perform other tasks while it runs.

Features

• Irrigates up to ~200 ha in a single operation without spilling onto neighboring fields.
• Covers each field as one unit; progression is about 4 minutes per hectare, pausing when switched off and resuming where left off.
• With Precision Farming enabled, delivers pH and nitrogen; without it, the application rate doubles, completing a pass in one run.
• New in version 1.1.9: rice‑field support – aim at rice or long‑grain rice plots and the turbine floods to the exact water level required for the current growth stage.
• On‑screen panel now shows field number, area, water level, humidity targets, and remaining time.
• Water effect overhaul: jet hits a deflector plate and cascades down as a series of tiny waterfalls for a nicer splash.
• Humidity rises with accelerated time under Realistic Weather; the erroneous “access” warning has been removed.

Compatibility

• Works automatically with Realistic Weather (v1.2.1), Realistic Soil & Water Management, Precision Farming, or with no other mods installed.
• Do not pair with both Realistic Weather and Realistic Soil & Water Management (RWSM) simultaneously.

Requirements

• Natural Water Rivers And Ponds Pack (required for placement).

Known issues

• If the “you do not have access to this land” warning appears, it can be ignored; the turbine will still irrigate.
