THE PHONE Press Esc or Left Alt + O (controller: RB + View) to swap the pause screen for a fully‑functional smartphone. The default menu becomes the “Classic menu” app while the phone lets you snap photos, edit them, stream music and videos, read books, check mail, manage bank accounts, track health and needs, watch the weather, take on contracts, shop, and even play mini‑games.
MAKE THE CHARACTER YOURS Customize every inch of your farmer: 28 tattoo slots ranging from subtle neck ink to full‑sleeve designs, a wardrobe of caps, cowboy hats, hoodies, tees and western boots, plus 50+ emotes and dances such as line‑dance, two‑step, mic‑drop, beer‑cheers and selfie poses. Choose from 19 walk styles—including swagger, cowboy, catwalk, sneaky, old‑timer and more. Adopt pets (dogs, cats, pigs or a kangaroo) and teach them up to 14 tricks.
ONLINE (OPTIONAL) All features work offline in single‑player or multiplayer. For the online apps (FarmGram, Farmbook, Messenger, Reels, real‑player chat and calls, real‑time weather and news) install the free Lifestyle Link helper for Windows and create a free account on the mod’s website.
MULTIPLAYER Only the host needs the Lifestyle Link; other players only need the mod installed.
INSTALL Drop the HS25_Lifestyle_Mod.zip into Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/mods (do not unpack), enable it in your save, and you’re ready to roll. This is a beta (v0.1.9.7), so expect a few rough edges. Full guide and controls are available on the website.
