Set in the Palouse region of Eastern Washington, the map features terrain requiring specialized equipment and smart techniques. It includes 72 farmlands and 30 fields, adjusted regional weather, custom sunrises, and very dark nights. Financial management is handled through sell points such as the grocery store, grain elevator, and dairy production. Most buildings, including residential homes, can be purchased or deleted to customize the property.
New crops include Alfalfa, Clover, Flowering Catchcrop, Green Rye, Rye, Spelt, Silage Maize, Triticale, Vetch Rye, Winter Wheat, and Winter Barley.
Key features include ground deformation, a row crop system, stubble destruction, custom planting calendars, and increased production capacities. A custom animal.xml makes dairy farming realistic, with cows producing milk after 27 months and goats after 12 months. Younger livestock can be purchased at a premium price.
Required mods include Old American Shed, 72x126 American Workshop, 55x115 Post Frame Cold Storage, Small Barndominium, Old Grain Silo Multifruit, American Building Pack Pt2, and American Midwest Simple Shed Pack.
