Apex Guidance

About this mod

Features

• AB line creation by driving or importing a recorded field edge; offset adjustable; tracks auto‑numbered, snap to nearest line, and can be nudged in 0.1 m increments without breaking the grid.
• Perimeter drive saves boundaries; ponds, pylons, and tree islands are recorded, each receiving its own headland ring for automatic implement lift/lower.
• Headland modes: Warn (flag only), Auto (automatic lift/lower), Guidance (mod generates and steers passes, picking the nearest pass on entry).
• Section control measures both sides of the working width each frame; the side reaching the boundary first shuts off first. Works on curves and corners; manual left/right shut‑off available. A tiny strip at the bottom of the terminal shows active sections and disappears on machines without sections.
• Tramlines auto‑count lanes from the AB line; manual override for headland passes. Spacing, width, and follow‑distance are fully adjustable.
• Auto turn generation based on machine geometry with up to five‑row skips; each path is verified before use. Recorded turns can be used when they fit the row spacing better than generated turns.
• Records seed, fertilizer, lime, and spray by weight and volume; yield in tonnes; input cost per field and commodity. Data persists across sessions.
• Live coverage paint shows worked ground, counts area, and respects section shut‑offs so unworked strips aren’t counted.
• Machine profiles store width, offsets, headland settings, tramline numbers, and turn preferences per implement. A geometry lock is available for machines whose auto‑measurement is unreliable.
