Rivers of Blood KCD II HD

About this mod

This comprehensive visual overhaul transforms medieval combat into a visceral experience by replacing vanilla effects with over 60 high-quality 4K blood textures. Every strike is now unique, with dynamic splatter behavior that changes based on weapon type and whether your opponent is armored or exposed.

• Weapons produce distinct splatter patterns for slashing, piercing, or heavy impacts.
• Blood pooling lifespans are significantly extended to up to 1800 seconds.
• Arrow persistence in the game world is increased to 100 seconds.
• Features optimized rendering for stability on both Steam Deck and hard mode.
• Corrects original game bugs, ensuring blood only appears on unarmored targets.
