About this mod

This utility enables playing various character animations on command, primarily designed for photomode photography.

Usage

Requires devmode to be enabled for commands or keybinds to function. Commands are not case-sensitive. If an animation traps the player in a loop, running the command again or using specific reset commands can restore normal state. For Hans Capon-related animation loops, use via_ptacekreset.

Compatibility

  • Conflicts with other keybinding and animation editing mods.
  • Conflicts with any mod editing Barbora/open_world/pp_testing.xml or Barbora/utils debug.xml in Skald.
  • Fully compatible with Ragdoll Hotkey.
  • Compatible with Unlimited Saving II and Camping mod via optional files.
  • Optional Hans animation files may conflict with level-editing mods or game versions other than 1.5.2.

Features

  • Extensive library of character animations and poses for Henry and Hans Capon.
  • Particle spawning (e.g., blood, fire, weather effects, insects).
  • Tools for applying/removing blood and dirt on characters.
  • Camera orbit controls for tracking specific entities.
  • NPC management tools for freezing/resuming activities and animations.
  • Optional collision modification (standalone file) to allow movement through objects for better framing.
  • Monastery add-on for editing the klaster level and enabling specific Capon interactions.

Installation

  • Install the main file to enable basic animation and command functionality.
  • Optional files are available for collision reduction, Hans Capon animations, and monastery level edits. Note that optional files may conflict with other mods modifying specific game scripts or levels.

Known issues

  • Particles may cause performance drops or flashing light issues.
  • Rapid succession of commands on Capon may result in bugs.
  • Kissing pose requires careful alignment; entering photomode via hotkey is recommended to avoid repositioning issues.
  • Some animations are intended for specific contexts and may appear strange when used elsewhere.

Changelog

  • Updated problematic animation fragments.
  • Added support for Capon animations and facial animations.
  • Added particle spawning commands.
  • Implemented character cleaning/soiling mechanics.
  • Added various new actions and exclamations.
  • Improved accessibility of photomode logos and settings.
