Henry always has the Soulshard set of items in his inventory.
The mod continuously monitors your inventory. It checks for missing standard Soulshard items every 60 seconds; if any items are missing, a restore is scheduled after 240 seconds. Tourniquets are handled separately and are automatically added every 240 seconds until reaching the maximum limit.
