Animated Cursor screenshot

About this mod

Animated Cursor replaces the default cursor with a fully animated custom design for all in-game UI screens, including the map, inventory, and journal. It is lightweight, stable, and does not alter core gameplay mechanics.

Features

  • Fully animated custom cursor.
  • Works across all in-game UI screens.
  • Does not affect menus outside gameplay.
  • Lightweight and performance friendly.

Installation

  • For Steam: Place the folder in the Mods directory. Install the Flickering Fix in KingdomComeDeliverance2\Bin\Win64MasterMasterSteamPGO. If Lua DB is installed, dinput8.dll is copied with replacement. Add -devmode to game properties.
  • For Game Pass: Place the mod in documents\kingdomcome_mods. Move contents of cursor.cfg to user.cfg in the game folder and add user.cfg to game properties.

Configuration

  • Adjust rate levels and control animation speed or disable it entirely via cursor.cfg.
  • Two console commands available: SetCursorRate and SetCursorSlowDown. A SlowDown value of 0 disables animation, while values greater than 1 slow it down.
  • Press the End key to cycle through available cursors.
