About this mod

Kana's Body Framework (KBF) is a native plugin that modifies bones, mesh parts, and materials of player characters and humanoid NPCs. It provides an organizational system for creating, sharing, and managing character presets.

Features

  • Tracks all players and humanoid NPCs simultaneously with a unified UI.
  • Modifies exact, unique bones of any armour set or model, including those not in the base skeleton.
  • Supports individual modification for different players and NPCs.
  • Allows hiding of weapons, Slingers, and armour parts per preset.
  • Adjusts material parameters such as colours, roughness, and wetness.
  • High-performance architecture, typically requiring 0.1-0.5ms CPU time per frame.

Compatibility

  • Can be used alongside Female Body Sliders (FBS).
  • Existing FBS presets can be imported directly into KBF as bundles.

Installation

  • Requires REFramework Version 01212 or higher (REFramework TU4 patch).
  • Install via Vortex or extract files manually into the game directory.

Known issues

  • If the plugin encounters an error, it will disable itself (button turns red) to prevent a full game crash. Requires a game restart to re-enable.

Changelog

  • Successor to Female Body Sliders, featuring faster performance and more flexible preset organization.
