Enhanced Disarm N' Restored NPC Weapon Pickup

About this mod

This mod brings back the classic Red Dead Redemption 1 feature where NPCs actively retrieve weapons from the ground during combat, while also allowing you to disarm any enemy with precision shots. It requires either Alexander Blade's or V2 Script Hook to function correctly in your game directory.

• Unarmed NPCs in combat will seek out and equip the nearest available firearm.
• Hitting an enemy in the arm or hand forces them to drop their weapon.
• The included ini file allows you to customize disarm cooldowns and pickup distances.
• NPCs may occasionally prioritize melee weapons over guns found on the ground.
• Be aware that the pickup animation can sometimes fail to trigger properly.
