No Scripted Witness

About this mod

How it works

• While you are inside a shop, any NPCs nearby are quietly prevented from reacting to your actions as a crime.
• If a shopkeeper notices you threatening them, the surrounding witnesses are calmed down and their panic is interrupted, so they do not run off or raise your wanted level.
• When you leave the store, a short grace period allows the suppression to linger, giving you a clean getaway before normal behavior resumes.

Configuration

• The .ini file lets you choose whether the mod runs when the player or the clerk are shooting.
