Double Ammo and Unlimited Resources Drop With Magnum and Gunpowder

About this mod

All softcaps and hardcaps are removed, and ammo stack sizes are reverted to default values. Attache case effects have no limits, and Pesetas drop rates are returned to default. This version balances unlimited ammo and resource drop rates to align more closely with the original game.

Features

• Ammo drop chances are doubled to match resource drop chances, resulting in an approximate 50/50 distribution.
• Ammo stack sizes are fixed to their maximum values, such as 10 handgun rounds instead of 5.
• Magnum ammo will drop if one of the three magnum weapons (Broken Butterfly, Killer7, or Handcannon) is in the inventory.
• Drop priority from high to low: Gunpowder (minimum 2 units), standard ammo, Resources S and L, Magnum ammo, and hand grenades.

Minimum ammo drop stack values

• Handgun Ammo: 10
• Submachinegun Ammo: 30
• Rifle Ammo: 4
• Shotgun Shells: 3
• Magnum Ammo: 2

The Resident Evil 4 Remake original drop system is built against stockpiling; the more resources a player holds, the lower the drop frequency becomes. This mod only alters the random drop table. Map-related items and special drop rates remain unaffected.
