About this mod

Features

  • New buildable structure “Crow Feeder” from Robin; place it to leave offerings to the crows.
  • No in‑game indicator for befriending, but crows react: they become less likely to eat crops and may eventually bring presents.
  • Rewards start small and scale with friendship; items can be added with a “MinPoints” threshold.

Requirements

  • Latest version of SMAPI.

Installation

  • Unzip this mod’s folder into your Stardew Valley/Mods folder.
  • Run the game using SMAPI.

Compatibility

  • No known conflicts; currently only vanilla crops and seeds are accepted by the crows.

Modding

  • Easy setup for modders to add or change compatibility with other mods’ crops or to add new skins/themes.
  • Example JSON format for adding foods/seeds the crows will like and for defining reward items (use “MinPoints” to set the minimum friendship points required).
  • Custom themes/skins for the crows can be added using similar JSON structures.

Known issues

  • Ignoring the crows for extended periods may cause them to forget how much they like you, reducing rewards.
