About this mod

Features

  • Wear pyjamas at the farmhouse early morning (before 7 a.m.) and at bedtime (after 10 p.m.).
  • Wear a raincoat when outdoors on rainy days; indoors switch back to daily/seasonal outfit.
  • On rainy/snowy days, stay in pyjamas if you’re at the farmhouse.
  • Wear beach outfits when you’re at the beach or on Ginger Island.
  • Set a wedding dress/suit for your wedding; with Polyamory Sweet/Free Love you can have multiple wedding outfits.
  • When none of the above conditions match, revert to daily outfits, or seasonal outfits if you enable them.
  • Seasonal outfits change automatically with the seasons; desert uses summer outfits.
  • Snowwear can be worn outdoors in winter; indoors switches back to winter or daily outfit.
  • Festival outfits allow you to stand out during events.
  • Change into a birthday outfit; on rainy/snowy birthdays the outfit appears only indoors.
  • Cave outfits protect your clothes from mud and monster gunk; can be randomized.
  • Weather Wonders outfits match special weather (hailstorm, acid rain, sandstorm) and include umbrella handling.
  • Randomize daily outfits by enabling them in the config and setting the quantity.

Requirements

  • Stardew Valley (base game).
  • Hand Mirror (FS) for saving custom outfits.
  • Optional: Stardew Valley Expanded, Polyamory Sweet / Free Love, Happy Birthday, Weather Wonders for additional outfit support.

Installation

  • Place the mod folder into the Stardew Valley “Mods” directory as usual.

Configuration

  • Open Mod Options to enable/disable specific outfit categories.
  • For random daily outfits, enable the desired outfits and set the quantity; name them sequentially (Daily1, Daily2, …).
  • Follow the naming conventions when saving outfits via Hand Mirror (e.g., Daily1, Winter1, Beach1, Wedding1, etc.).
  • Adjust other settings (e.g., indoor matching, seasonal rain coats) directly in the config.

Compatibility

  • Fully compatible with Stardew Valley Expanded; other expansion mods may have limited outfit changes in certain map areas.
  • Multiplayer works if all players have the same clothing mods installed, ensuring outfits are visible to each other.

Known issues

  • No specific bugs reported; cave outfit logic tested up to 5,000 Skull Cavern floors without performance impact, but users should report any lag.
