About this mod
Rodney O'Brien, a judgmental but ultimately friendly writer, moves into East Scarp with seventeen heart events and a deep well of custom dialogue. He reacts to plenty of other popular mods' content too, and as a datable NPC he adds a genuinely different social option to the valley.
