Mossy Plateau - Biome Visual Transformation screenshot

About this mod

This mod provides a visual overhaul for specific plateau biomes, replacing the muted, arid color palette with a vibrant black and green landscape reminiscent of the Icelandic South Coast. It functions as a pure aesthetic skin pack, meaning it avoids altering any gameplay mechanics, flora, fauna, or quest data.

  • Features a permanent valley fog weather effect and removes standard sandstorms.
  • Successfully applied to ten celestial bodies including Alchiba IV-a and Fermi VI.
  • Compatible with most weather mods due to its independent climate entry system.
  • Requires loading after other mods that modify the CanyonsNoLife04 biome record.
  • Compatible with mid-game installations without requiring worldspace or cell edits.
