About this mod
This mod significantly expands Neon City to better match original concept art. It adds thirty-six uniquely decorated shops and nine new player residences throughout the district. All new areas feature seamless transitions without loading screens for an immersive experience. The project maintains full compatibility with main story and side quests within the city.
