Hopetown - New Dawn

Hopetown gets the crowded, industrial feel it was missing: new buildings, residential towers, and a lived-in cemetery area, plus a much bigger population of NPCs with updated outfits and ambient behavior. No scripts involved, so it stays fully compatible with existing saves.
