SN2SurvivalTweaks

About this mod

Features

• Five independent in‑game sliders for Oxygen, Hunger, Thirst, Max Health, and Damage Taken.
• Each slider multiplies the vanilla value 1–10×; larger numbers make the aspect easier.
• Individual enable toggles for each aspect plus a debug‑logging toggle.
• Changes apply live within ~1–2 seconds, no restart required.
• Values persist in `ue4ss\Mods\SN2ModSettings\saved\SN2SurvivalTweaks.lua`.

Configuration

Open **Settings → Mods → Survival Tweaks** in‑game, move the sliders, and changes take effect instantly. The mod works for single‑player and the host of a co‑op session; joining players do not see the effect on their own stats.

How it works (technical)

• Survival attributes are part of Unreal’s Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
• Oxygen consumption uses `SN2BreathingCalc.SN2BreathingOxygenPerSecond` and related CDO floats scaled by 1/N.
• Hunger and thirst rates modify `UWESurvivalAttributeSet.StarvationRateScalar` and `DehydrationRateScalar`.
• Max health is set via `UWEHealthSetComponent:SetMaxHealth()`.
• Damage multiplier is set via `UWEHealthSetComponent:SetDamageMultiplier(1/N)`.
• Values are written only to the local player pawn’s component; enemies are unaffected.
• A 1 Hz loop re‑asserts the values and updates them when sliders change, preventing compounding.
