Immersive Gears Rewards screenshot

About this mod

This collection integrates unique gear pieces as narrative-driven quest rewards rather than standard merchant purchases or chest loot. It includes a custom configuration menu to enable or disable specific rewards individually.

Features

  • Rewards for Elven, Flaming Rose, Manticore, Nilfgaardian, Ofir, Temerian, Skellige, and Viper sets tied to specific quest progression.
  • Adds unique gear stands in Kaer Morhen and cosmetic saddlebags for Roach.
  • Items typically found in shops are removed from merchant inventories when their reward quest is active, unless toggled otherwise via the menu.
  • Fully supports all game languages.

Requirements

  • Next Gen version of The Witcher 3.
  • Script Merger to resolve potential conflicts.
  • Menu Filelist Updater to register the mod menu.

Installation

  • Extract files to the game directory.
  • Use Script Merger to merge scripts, prioritizing this mod in the event of conflicts.
  • Run Menu Filelist Updater to add the mod menu entry.

Compatibility

  • Fully compatible with Brothers in Arms Ultimate (give this mod priority).
  • Optional patches available for No Level, Spectre, and W3EE.
  • Safe to install on existing playthroughs, though most rewards are not retroactive.

Known issues

  • Uninstalling the Manticore Reward option after visiting Toussaint may cause issues with the Grandmaster Scavenger Hunt.
  • Recommended to use alongside item level normalization mods to maintain balance.
